Before you ask
The questions everyone sends us.
What if my photo is bad?
Send it anyway. We retouch every photo before it is set, and we will tell you honestly if it will not hold up at an inch and a quarter. We can fix a busy background, a colour cast, a crease, soft focus. We cannot invent a face that is forty pixels wide.
Is this solid gold?
No. It is a premium 18k finish over brass and steel. A solid 18k medallion costs many times this. We would rather tell you than have you find out.
How long does it take?
Seven to ten days from the day you order. It is made for you, so there is nothing sitting on a shelf.
Can I cancel?
You have 24 hours after ordering. After that our jewellers have started and it cannot be cancelled or returned, because it is a custom piece with your photo in it.
Can I put more than one person on it?
Yes. Send the photo you want and we will work with what is in it. If you want two photos combined, say so when you order.
Will it tarnish?
Not with normal wear. It carries a lifetime warranty, so if the plating fails we replace it.
