What if my photo is bad?
Send it anyway. We retouch every photo before the proof, and we will tell you honestly if it will not hold up at two inches. You see it before you pay for production.
Is this solid gold?
No. It is five layers of 18k gold plating over brass and steel. A solid 18k medallion this size would cost about four thousand dollars. We would rather tell you than have you find out.
How long does it take?
The proof reaches you within 24 hours. Once you approve it, seven to ten days to your door.
What if I do not like the proof?
Ask for changes. It is free, as many times as it takes, and nothing goes into production until you say yes.
Can I put more than one person on it?
Yes. Send the photo you want and we will work with what is in it. If you want two photos combined, say so when you order.
Will it tarnish?
Not with normal wear. It carries a lifetime warranty, so if the plating fails we replace it.
